After failing to get adequate childcare during school holidays Emma Decided to leave her job in the retail industry to start her own business.

Emma completed a business development course Iron-me.com was launched in November 2001

The prices we set as low as possible to aim at famillies with children as well as proffessional people

To start with emma's husband carried out the collections and deliveries in his car but within 3 weeks it was obvious that due to the volume of work a van would have to be purchased

December 2001 our first van purchased

 So called business experts deemed the business would fail unless we increased our prices by 100% ( re: grant application Febuary 2002)

May 2002 a brand new van was purchased

 Febuary 2004 Iron-me.com were recommended by bella magazine

 Since trading began iron-me.com has purchased and used over 100,000 hangers

 Febuary 2006 A brand new larger van was bought

2008 New website launched enabling Secure on-line Payments
